Traumatic Dental Injuries

Children and teenagers are most likely to experience traumatic dental injuries, however, people of all ages are at risk. Injuries as a result of sports participation, automobile accidents, and more can cause chipped or fractured teeth, dislodged teeth, knocked-out teeth, and root fractures.  In the case of any dental injury, it is important to visit your dentist immediately.  A dental exam is necessary to determine the extent of the injury and plan of action to repair it with as minimal risk possible of permanent damage.
